3. ONSITE PAYMENT:
Onsite payment of the registration fee is only available in CNY during September 20-23, 2024 at conference reception desk./会议期间只支持线下缴费（以人民币结算）。

Registration Fee Details

1. The registration fee includes the following items:
• Conference package
• Coffee/Tea Breaks
• Banquet and meals offered by conference
2. NOT includes accommodation, Visa application fees, travel expenses and any other fees not listed above.

* Please be aware that online payment channels will be closed on August 20, 2024.

Cancellation Policy for Registration/Refunds Policy

1. If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
• 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
• 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
• Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
2. Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email（service@gim-mes2024.org）.
3. The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure. Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
